These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are governed accordingly. Where any ambiguity exists, the version published on the soltspk website at the time of the relevant event takes precedence.
To open and maintain an account at soltspk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. soltspk operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify age upon request or during withdrawal processing. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
- You must be registering as an individual acting for your own benefit, not on behalf of any other person, business or organisation.
- You must not already hold an existing soltspk account. One account per person, per household and per device is permitted. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed at soltspk's discretion.
- You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. Any false information — including name, date of birth, address or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an soltspk employee in a role that involves platform operations, odds-setting or game management.
soltspk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence). Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Your soltspk account is your personal responsibility. You are accountable for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. The following rules apply to all accounts:
- Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. soltspk will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
- Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact soltspk support immediately at support@soltspk.ws. Report any suspicious transactions as soon as you notice them.
- Contact Information: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date. These are used for security verification, bonus notifications and withdrawal processing. Outdated contact details may delay withdrawals.
- Account Currency: soltspk accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings and bonuses are displayed and processed in PKR.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. soltspk may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, and the account holder will be notified before any fee is applied. soltspk does not accept liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. This includes losses resulting from sharing your password, using a public device or failing to log out of your account.
All financial transactions at soltspk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). soltspk supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
- Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.

soltspk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. In such cases, soltspk will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder directly.

- Welcome Bonus: Available to new soltspk members on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited to the bonus wallet and is subject to a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Full terms are detailed on the Promotions page.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. Live casino play contributes 100% to wagering requirements. Sports betting contributions vary by market and are detailed in specific promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited, or that have not met their wagering requirement within 30 days of activation, will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at any given time. Players cannot combine multiple active bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, matched betting, arbitrage or coordination with other accounts will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension. soltspk uses automated systems to detect irregular wagering behaviour.

All bets placed and games played at soltspk are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules available within the relevant game or betting section:
- Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the soltspk system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
- Disconnection during Live Games: If a player is disconnected during a live casino game after bets have been placed and confirmed, those bets stand and the result of the round will be recorded. Winnings from rounds completed during a disconnection will be credited to the account automatically upon reconnection.

- Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of each sport. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the soltspk platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Creating multiple accounts, or using another person's account or identity.
- Using automated software, bots or any technical advantage to place bets or play games.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Attempting to launder money through deposits, bets and withdrawals.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
- Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your soltspk account. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to soltspk support immediately. Exploiting a known bug deliberately is grounds for account termination.
- Reverse engineering, scraping or copying any part of the soltspk platform.

Where an account is closed for breach of terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from breaching activity may be forfeited. Real money deposited funds that were not involved in the breach will be returned via the original payment method after any outstanding investigations are completed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soltspk's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
